Male Wanted For Kensington Murder
Philadelphia Police are looking for Abiud Torres a 20 year old Hispanic male about 170 pounds. He is accused of killing Tatiana Vargas, on 12/23/23 on the 3100 block of Hartville Street, inside a house.
It was there, that police said Torres allegedly fired two shots at Vargas, hitting her once in the face and the other in her chest. She was pronounced dead , on scene by medics at 12:41 PM. Police did recover a firearm used , they said.
Torres is considered armed and dangerous. There is a $20,000 reward for information that leads to his arrest.
