At that time, another vehicle pulled behind the trooper, and that driver started to protest the stop as well.

“I work for the Mayors Office”,Morrison said. Then she pulled the race card.

“It’s cause I’m Black,” says Morrison.

“It’s not cause you’re Black,” the trooper replies.. All of it caught on video. The trooper arrested the male that pulled behind her during the car stop. His name is Darious McLean

The cell phone that was recording the stop fall to the ground when the trooper grabs for it and arrests Morrison as well. She was combative and the trooper had to threaten to taze her . Both were taken into custody but were not charged. Larry Krasner said that his office is investigating and will determine what charges should be filed.

Mayor Parker called the video “Very concerning to me” She did not elaborate on what was concerning or if Morrison is still employed.
