Accused Dishonest Employee Rips Off Employer For Over $20,000

Some employees get entrusted with company credit cards. Those cards are to be used for business purchased unless directed by the owner. Stephen McGrory of Rockledge Pa. was employed as a contractor by Rent All Affairs in Lower Southampton, at 2584 W.Maple Avenue.
He was given a company credit card. In or around December 2023 McGrory was terminated by his employer when they were going out of business, police said.but he is alleged to have kept the credit card. Police allege that he used that card without permission to purchase $20,000 worth of goods and ATM withdraws .
When the bill came in in January , his employer did not recognize any of the charges. Investigators determined that McGrory was using the card. He turned himself in at Lower Southampton Police Headquarters and is charged with Access Device Fraud , Theft and related offenses.
