Warrington Police Arrest Father and Son Drug Dealers

Jackson Serafin
Jackson Brian Serafin, of Chalfont Pa was arrested, along with his father, Mark Serafin, after police conducted three different controlled drug buys from Jackson, who resided in the house on Patriot Drive. Serafin was allegedly communicating with other people via Telegram,which is an encrypted messaging platform. Those conversations were about buying and selling drugs, police said.
Some of the drugs police said offered for sale were Adderall, THC cartridges and Codine. Police purchased $230.00 in Cocaine and two Adderall pills from the younger Serafin. Police purchased more Cocaine from him before making an arrest.
During his being processed, Serafin admitted to police that he sold drugs “50-to 60 time sin the past month”. Police seized his cell phone as part of the investigation. They did a cellphone extraction and found that he had been communicating with his father, Mark about buying and selling narcotics.
