Cars Damaged By Gunfire In Bensalem

Bensalem Police are looking for anyone that may have video of an incident at Franklin Commons, where three different vehicles sustained damage after being shot up. The incident happened about 10:00 PM April 19, 2024. According to Detective Sgt. Glenn Vandegrift. officers got 911 calls about two shots fired in the area.
When officers arrived they did not find anyone. Ultimately, the call was founded when two vehicles were found with windows shot out and one vehicle had a dent in the hood consistent with a bullet strike.
Vandegrift said that the three vehicles were all parked in the same area near Hummingbird Lane. At this point, if anyone has any video , they are asked to call (215)633-3719. Police don;t know if this was random or if the vehicles were the intended targets.
