Mother Arrested For Leaving Toddler In Car To Gamble At Bensalem Casino

Bensalem Police have arrested Leola Dualuqua, 37, of Willingboro, NJ, after they said she allegedly left her 14 month old toddler inside a locked car, while she went into Parx Casino to do some gambling. According to police,the incident happened on April 14, 2026 at 8:53 PM. They just released this information today.


Parx Security found the toddler inside the car and called police. They gained entry to the car and the child was transported to the hospital. Dualugqua was transported to the Bucks County Prison and charged with Endangering the Welfare Of a child .

Police said the temperature was about 80 degrees outside and the child was visibly sweating. The child’s father was called and he took custody of the child, upon being released from the hospital.

Bail was set at $25,000 by District Justice Corryn Kronnagel.
