Career Criminal Arrested In Montco, For North Philly Pistol Whipping Robbery

Meet Kashon A. Smith, 27, a multiple-time convicted felon who was arrested in Montgomery County by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office, for a vicious pistol whipping and robbery at Zay’s Convenience Store, in the 2900 block of Ridge Avenue, in North Philadelphia, and a customer, on April 18.

According to Dave Sunday, PA Attorney General, Smith was already on parole for a different robbery when this one happened. He allegedly fired a gunshot inside the store as he pistol whipped the customer.

He was arraigned early Friday morning on aggravated assault, robbery, and related charges. Bail was set at $350,000, and he also has a parole detainer.You can ready about that crime here.

    Just as dangerous as allowing a wild bear to roam the streets.
    Or opening all the cages in the Zoo to let the animals free to explore the city.
