  1. The Bucks County officer started to chase me by aggressively tailgaiting my back bumper almost hitting me while his excessively bright high beams blinded me. I attempted to slow down and transition from the right lane to the left lane. But in mid transition the police officer got into the right lane as well almost hitting me again. That is when I tried to safely get ahead of him to get away. However he would not let me so that’s when I went back to the left lane and he once again got behind in the left lane with his excessively bright high beams shining into my rear view mirror. For fear of my life that is when and why I deployed the taser.

During the whole time I was never made aware he was police officer or any emergency personnel of any kind. There were no logos, lettering, or insignia on his personal truck which was twice the height and width of my compact car. And there there no emergency lights used to indicate the driver was an officer or a emergency personnel. Plus no badge or verbal indication he was any emergency personnel at all.
