Bids Underway For New Clubhouse In Warminster
(WARMINSTER, Pa.) — The Warminster Township Board of Supervisors and Spirit Golf – Sports Facilities Companies are pleased to announce that the public bidding process is now underway for construction of the new clubhouse at Five Ponds Golf Club, located at 1225 W Street Road in Warminster, PA.
The new clubhouse will include a second-floor wedding and events space as well as a traditional golf course bar and restaurant area with patio on the first floor. The Township believes this project will make the golf course an important asset for the community for the next fifty years. Interested vendors/contractors can find the bid information on Pennbid.net. Anyone with questions about the project can attend the Warminster Supervisors meeting to be held on July 16 at 7 p.m. at the Warminster Township building.
