Parents Arrested For Child Endangerment After FBI Raid At Northeast Phila Home

Two parents were arrested after the FBI raided their property on July 7,2026. The agents entered the property on the 7100 Whittaker Avenue and were met with a stench and debris all over the house. There were also two children, an 8-month-old infant and a 5-year-old child inside as well.
Police were called and the children were taken to a hospital for observation. The mother, Megan Bach was taken into custody. During the raid, the father, identified as Thomas Bach arrived at the home. He too was arrested.
Both were charged on the state level with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person
Criminal Conspiracy
Possession of an Instrument of Crime (PIC)
Possession of an Offensive Weapon (POW)
Federal charges, stemming from the raid will be filed later.
