Two Bensalem residents, including a nine-year-old child were hurt when a pick-up truck slammed into the rear of their car on the Hulmeville Road Bridge. The crash happened in the Boro.. Police chief John Baran said that a vehicle was in the lane of travel when a white ford Super Duty Pick-Up slammed into the rear of the car.

The truck driver then drove over Hulme Avenue, towards Main Street towards Bristol Township, leaving the scene of the crash. There was significant damage done to both vehicles. The entire front grill assembly, along with some front lighting part of the truck were part of the debris field left behind.
