by Alex Lloyd Gross
Most criminals are not smart. In fact, some cases of criminals doing dumb things are legendary. This is one of them.. Wynette Kaden Cash King 18, was in Wal-Mart in Warrington on July 22, 2026. She was with a 17 year old male and they selected six Funko Pop Animation figures. The value was just under $90.00.
The pair walked around the store and Cash allegedly ripped open the packaging, and Cash is accused of putting the figures in her purse. She left the packaging in the store. They selected about $7.79 worth of items that they paid for.
While at the register, the juvenile remembered he had a Wal-Mart rewards membership and he put his phone number in to accumulate points. That was the information that police needed. They had the phone number and last name of the juvenile. Police then went to their homes and arrested them. Both were charged with Retail Theft the very next day.
