Juvenile In “Chucky” Mask Wanted For Assault In Center City

Police are looking to unmask the individual wearing a Halloween mask of the horror movie “Chucky”. Philadelphia Police describe the male as about 16-20 years old, black, last seen in center city near Suburban Station.
Apparently, on August 12 2026 this male thought it was a good idea to put on that mask and approach a woman. He made threatening comments to her, which caused her stumble and fall as she tried to get away.
The woman sustained injuries in her fall. Police are looking for more security footage that will show him taking off his mask, or even possibly before he put it on. Police said that they take this seriously and hope to make an arrest soon.
Many people in Philadelphia carry self defense items with them. While this is the only incident, should these attacks continue, it’s only a matter of time before the male runs into the wrong person. In the above video you can see him harass a woman who is out for a morning run. She runs away and he run in another direction.
