“Chucky” UnMasked! Suspect Identified

It did not take long for the masked male to be identified. He has been identified as Zymire Hughes, 22. An arrest warrant is active. Hughes may have fled Pennsylvania and has ties to California and Nevada. The US Marshals might be involved in scooping him and and bringing him back to Philadelphia.
It was back on August 12,when Hughes allegedly chased after a woman in Center City Philadelphia, asking her if she was ready to die. While he never touched her, the woman fell and sustained an injury. Police are categorizing this as an assault.
Police figured that the suspect must about 16-20 judging by the immaturity of the stunt. It turns out they were not that far off, he was 22.
