Fire At Bensalem Car Dealership

A small fire caused some some and water damage to a Bensalem car dealership on Old Lincoln Highway. Shortly before 8:00 PM Sept 6 2020, This fire caused smoke damage to the document room of the Faulkner dealership and other areas inside the dealership office area. Some doors might have been forced open by firefighters, to relieve trapped smoke.
That smoke filled the area and crews that arrived first could have had a disaster on their hands, if they not been able to make a quick stop. Most of the fire trucks were staged on Old Lincoln Highway. They were recalled and the assignment was held to two engines and one ladder. The cause is being investigated by the Fire Marshal’s Officer. No injuries were reported.
