Vehicle and Driver Sought In Fatal Hit and Run

Philadelphia Police are looking for an SUV and it’s driver from a fatal accident involving a pedestrian that happened on November 10 2020 at Summerdale and St. Vincent Streets. it was early in the morning, about 5:50 AM when a Chevy Uplander struck her and fled the scene. The vehicle was spotted at Tyson Avenue and Algon Avenues. The driver exits the vehicle, inspects the damage and walks away.
he never called police or went back to the scene. The pedestrian, identified as Saixiang Lin 61 of the Northeast. She sustained serious injuries and took a turn for the worse. She died from injuries she received. police have security footage of the vehicle and it is below. They ask if anyone knows this person or the vehicle, to please contact them.
