A man is wanted by the Philadelphia Police and the FBI  for two bank hold ups in the city this past week. The man was caught on camera wearing a green safety vest, which is used by people directing traffic or working in the street. The vest was used to distract people’s attention from what he  looked like.  According to cops, he tried to rob the TD Bank on the 3700 block of Walnut Street on Oct 5. He showed a demand note and left empty handed when he was laughed at by bank employees.  Police said he also hit the PNC at 401 West Tabor Rd the next day, with a demand note and did get some cash.
