Male wanted for racist graffiti in Philly

One male was so impacted by the election that he decided to take it upon himself and write racist graffiti on private property on the 900 block of South 6th Street. He wrote slogans about the election as well as swastika’s and slogans designed to offend people of color. The targets of this vandalism were people homes and their vehicles.
As usual, the crimes and the man was caught on security cameras that were set up in the area. Take a long at the photo and this video to see if you know who this male is. He is alleged to have committed the crime about 5:00 AM November 9, 2016. Chances are good that he is from the area. He escaped on foot in an unknown direction. Other racist graffiti was reported in the city along Broad Street. Cops are looking to see if those acts of vandalism are related.
