Multiple car accident on Roosevelt Boulevard

At least four people were taken to local hospitals, following a grinding multi vehicle accident on the Roosevelt Boulevard just north of Strahle Street. The crash happened yesterday, August 4, 2017 . Cops said a vehicle traveling north crossed into the south lanes and struck several cars. Three people were rushed to area hospitals including two children who were listed in critical condition.
The south lanes of the Blvd. were closed for at least two hours while tow trucks got the wreckage off the road. Police said they are still investigating what caused the vehicle to cross the lanes of the road. No charges have been filed as of yet.
