Breaking: Levittown Fire Fighter charged with Sexual Assault of a Minor and Related Offenses

Tullytown Borough Police arrested a local firemen for sex related offenses involving a minor on Monday, according to court records filed.
James Marshal was arraigned Monday before District Justice Robert Wagner in Levittown, on charges of sexual assault, involuntary sexual deviate intercourse, corruption of a minor and related offenses.
Levitttown Fire Company No 1 confirmed Marshal had been a member of the fire station, but as of Friday his volunteer service was terminated.
Marshal, of Levittown is days short of his 45th birthday and as sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent of 250 K Bail.
