Bucks County Man Busted For Sexual Assault of Underage Family members

Robert Pena of Warrington was arrested today, February 27 2020 and charged with the sexual assault of his three daughters . These assaults happened between January 2008 and ended November 29, 2019. Pena, 27 years old is charged with multiple counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault of A Child, and related offenses. Police said this happened multiple times and the children were under 13 years of age.
Pena was sent to Bucks County Prison after he could not post the $25,000 bail set by Judge Jean Seamon. The sexual assaults all took place in Warrington, Police said. This investigation has been going on for a prolonged period of time.
