Dirt Bike Rider Wanted For Philly Homicide

Philadelphia Police are hoping you can help find the driver, the owner or even the green dirtbike in the above photo. They are wanted for a murder by shooting on June 17,2021. The shooting happened on the 5200 block of Girard Ave. In the photo, you can see the bike on the sidewalk before the shooting. 
The shooter is described as a The male in the photo is a black male of a thin build wearing a blue and white Troy Lee Designs GP Yamaha Jersey long sleeve shirt with graphic patches on the sleeves, blue jeans, white sneakers, and a black full-face mask.
