Police Investigate Double Stabbing In Northeast On Easter Sunday

Police confirmed that they are investigating a double stabbing that happened just after 11:00 AM April 17, 2022 on the 4700 block of Bliegh Avenue, which is near Torresdale Avenue. Details are still coming in but it is confirmed that a 61 year old male suffered two stab wounds, one to his buttock and other in his back. He is in stable condition at a local hospital.
The other male was stabbed one time to his left arm. He went to the hospital by private auto. Police said that both men are being held as prisoners. Police could not confirm that they stabbed each other. More details are going to be released later today, police said.
