South Philly Sex Pervert Sought By Philly Police

Philadelphia Police are hoping you recognize the male in the above photo or below video. They just released this late yesterday. On September 21, 2022 at about 10:30PM this male broke into a house on the 2500 block of South 3rd Street. As he was rummaging around ,opening closets and drawers, looking for things to steal, he took a break from that, and went into the bedroom, where a 15 year old girl was sleeping.
He then is accused of putting his hands on her and fondling her . When she moved, the male became frightened and ran from the house. He got away with her wallet which contained personal information as well as a VISA card. 
The male was last seen walking South on the 2600 block of South Hancock Street. Take a look at the below video. If you know who he is, police want to talk with you.
Suspect Description: Hispanic male in his late teens to early twenties, medium build, dark curly hair, goatee and was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt, light “skinny” jeans and white sneakers.
