South Philly Arsonist Sough By Police

Philadelphia Police are looking to arrest the male caught on security camera footage that was just made public yesterday. He is accused of setting a fire in the back yard of a house on the 1400 block of Wharton Street. This happened on November 4, 2022 at about 1:00 AM.
The arsonist went around the block but left the gas can behind.
