15 Year Old Male Shot and Killed On Algon Avenue

Philadelphia Police are looking for the male that shot a 15 year old child multiple times. This happened on the 6100 block of Algon Avenue, right outside the Oxford Village Housing Project. Police got the original call at 12:08PM
Police gave no motive for the shooting, and the only description they have is a black male wearing all black, armed with a handgun. The shooter ran away on foot. Nearby Fells Middle School was briefly placed on lock down. According to police, the 15 year old was shot five times in his chest and five times in his leg.
He was laying on the highway ,bleeding profusely. Police scooped him up and rushed him to Einstein Hospital,where he was pronounced dead at 12:41PM
