One Killed Four Injured In Rhawnhurst Accident

It was just after 10:00 PM when a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection of Solly Street and Roosevelt Boulevard, last night.  This caused a two vehicle crash that killed one person and injured four others.  Police are investigating to see which vehicle went through the light.

Some details were released in the crash. One vehicle was south on the boulevard and the other was crossing Solly, going towards  Bustleton Avenue when it happened.  One person was trapped in the vehicle and was pronounced dead  on scene.  That person was inside of a vehicle that flipped over.

The Roosevelt Boulevard was closed to traffic on the south bound outer lane and west bound cross traffic was also detoured, police said.  Police did not say where any of the drivers were from, they were still gathering information, at press time.
