Cigarette Thief Hits Port Richmond Store Twice

Philadelphia Police are looking to smoke out the thief that is in the below video. It was on August 13,2023 that he walked up to a closed 7-Eleven on the 1900 block of East Luzurne Street. He saw cartons and packs of cigarettes in the store window. He did not have any money and he really wanted the smokes so he broke out the window, reached in and took what he could, before running away.
The store boarded up the window and the next day, in the early AM hours, he went back, took off the wood that boarded up the glass and helped himself to more cigarettes and assorted merchandise. It’s doubtful that he smoked them all , so if you know of anyone selling packs of cigarettes on the cheap, police want to hear from you.
