Homeless Male Arrested For Pimping In Bensalem

Dennis Rouff, who according to court records has no fixed abode was arrested in Bensalem after police said he allegedly ran a prostitution ring out of the Inn of The Dove. The arrest happened yesterday when cops started to text a known prostitute about using her services. They got her number from Listcrawler, which police said is an online site frequented by prostitutes.

When the officer arrived at the motel, he was instructed to go to a specific room, which he did. He heard a male voice through the door. The room was rented to Dennis Ruoff. Uniformed officers then went to the room and knocked. There was no answer but police could see through the window the room was occupied. After a short wait, Ruoff opened the door and was arrested.

Ruoff is no stranger to police, having been arrested before mainly for drugs. Also inside the motel room were two women. One was suffering from an infected leg injury. This female had been invited by Ruoff and then he would give the women crack and other drugs to do throughout the night. This girl with the infected leg is alleged to have told Ruoff that she was in no condition to go on a “date”. Ruoff is alleged to have been indifferent to her and had made her get up anyway.

The other girl had not known Ruoff when she first met him. He started to make a profile for her on the website and is alleged to have told both females they were doing to do dates “Because I need the money”. This woman then told police that Ruoff had forced himself on her. He is alleged to have digitally penetrated her against her will, while the other girl was sleeping. When she woke up, Ruoff is alleged to have tossed her a bag of dope and told her to “go back to sleep”, according to court records.. Ruoff then apologized for his actions, police wrote in court documents.

Dennis Ruouff was charged with human trafficking, running a house of prostitution and narcotics offenses. He was sent to prison on $1,000,000 bail.

  1. This and the other article “alleging” these charges and the things these UNNAMED GIRLS were accusing him of is bullsh!t. Bensalem police department know it too. They have nothing significant to do because Bensalem is so boring, they are over funded, have completely unnecessary ‘tools’; gadgets and toys like drones and live action readers that relay people’s information to units right when you cross into the borders of Bensalem. They are cops who wish they could make big time busts, so they manipulate the prostitutes into fabricating stories about these “pimps” so they can rack up big felony charges with high bails to make it look like all their funding is really stopping serious crimes.
    It’s not. I would know. I’m a sex worker and they’ve tried it with me. Threatening jail and charges unless I could give them information on the people ‘running the game.’ nope not happening.
    And most of these girls will cave because they are strung out on dope and are terrified of withdrawal. Especially if these girls didn’t even really know Dennis, of course they are going to put everything on him to get out of charges and jail.
    Now I actually know Dennis. And I know the game. Dennis is harmless. Girls rob him all the time. He will put a roof over their heads and they will dick him over first chance they get (most anyway..) Dennis didn’t FORCE any girls to take drugs. Those girls wanted them. He didn’t FORCE them to have sex for money. They wanted money. They were most likely walking the streets jumping in and out of cars for 20 bucks unshowered, homeless, and this is all Purely hypothetical speculation, they had no way to advertise themselves so sometimes people with accounts to sites like listctawler, will post for people for a small breakdown. No one is taking all their money they make, if anything they are making way more than they were jumping in and out of cars, they are way safer, and have someone there to have their back should anything actually happen.
    The girl with the let injury , I would speculate, had a tranq wound, an open rotting area of flesh from shooting the ‘dope’ down the way. She was going to get money one way or another and that leg want going to stop her. Trust me.
    And as for the sexual assault… I’m going to have to call bullshit on the penetration… And it’s not my place to say why, but if you ask Dennis I’m sure he’ll tell you.
    The news is bullshit. Oh yeah and I’m pretty sure all the charges were dropped. Maybe fact check that tho
