Frankford Shooter In Police Custody

It was an argument. That resulted in voices being raised and eventually, a gun being pulled. Before long, one male was shot in his right hand. Bystanders saw this happen and detained him and secured the gun until police arrived. This happened yesterday, on the 4200 block of Torresdale Ave. at 5:48 PM

The shooting victim is in stable condition at Einstein Hospital where he was transported by police. The shooter was arrested. He was identified by police as Tyrobert Wilson, 48 of Philadelphia. He was charged with assault and firearms violations.
