Police Look For Pick Up Truck In Rhawnhurst Road Rage Shooting

Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver and the vehicle involved in a road rage shooting that happened on November 30,2023. The video (which is below, in this article) was just released late last night. You will see both vehicles traveling on the 7900 block of Horrocks Street, when a red 2016-2019 Ford F150 pickup truck, Unknown PA license plate, black tonneau cover, tinted side windows, front vanity plate and a white graphic on rear window.
Both vehicles are in the same direction, when the victim made a right turn , and was no longer engaged with the pick up driver, he was retreating to a different direction. That did not stop the driver from pulling a pistol and shooting one time at the car. Whether the driver of the pick-up intentionally aimed for his victim or if he fired a shot to scare him off, is unknown. It is irrelevant. A 19 year old male was shot one time in his left hand as a result.
In the video, you can see glass shatter as the victim tried to get away, Police did not say how many people were in the red pick-up truck at the time of the shooting.
