It does not matter if the gun is real or a toy. If you use a gun to rob someone you get five years in prison, no parole, no early release. None of that mattered to the male in the below video. He was wearing a mask and he enters the Family Dollar at 5716 Baltimore Ave. in South West Philly.The robbery happened on January 23, 2024.
He announced a hold up and demanded the clerk behind the register give him the cash in the register. He supplied a bag and got away with about $200.00.. The freedom is temporary. Police are tracking him with security cameras and hope to make an arrest soon.
