Male Arrested For Killing 83 Year Old Neighbor In North Philly

An argument is the cause for The murder of Dolores Robinson from the 2900 block of North 27th Street February 13, 2024. She was 83 years old.
Police said that her neighbor, Isiah Rahatt had started to argue with her. He lived next door to her. He is alleged to have climbed onto the front porch of her home and shot her with a BB Gun and stabbed her in the neck, after he tried to get into her house. . Robinson was pronounced dead just 15 minutes later.
Rahatt retreated into his house and was taken into custody by SWAT officers without incident. People that live on the block called Rahatt a menace and claimed he would argue and fight with his neighbors. He was 47 years old and had a very long criminal record. Police say is is facing murder and weapons charges.
