Three Pick Pockets Wanted By Lower Southampton Police

Three people are wanted by Lower Southampton Police after they allegedly pick pocketed an elderly female who was shopping inside the TJ MAXX on Street Road. Police said that the theft happened on February 4, 2024 about 2:00 PM. Police reviewed store security cameras and found that the female distracted the victim. They took a wallet with credit cards.
This can be done by asking about an item or directions. The victim is not paying attention and the distractor is forcing their attention away from where the wallet and purse is. The male in the black hat is the criminal that stole the wallet after reaching into the woman’s purse, police said.
The pair then went to a nearby ACME and also to Philadelphia LOWES along Roosevelt Blvd and SAM’s club in Philadelphia and used the victim’s credit cards to purchase gift cards. The male wearing the white ball cap assisted the female with the purchases following the theft.
