Truck Loses Load, Ties Up Route 1 Traffic In Falls

A dump truck that was traveling north on Route 1 just past Oxford Valley caused some delays when the back gate became disengaged and gravel started to spill onto the right lane.
Police were called to close the right lane to traffic, until the gravel could be cleared. The truck did stop about half a mile away and there was gravel spilled intermittantly, which required the right lane to be closed for several hours until the debris was cleaned.
