Male Wanted For South Philly Murder
UPDATE 10:00AM PHILADELPHIA POLICE JUST ANNOUNCED THAT 20 YEAR OLD YEL WIN TURNED HIMSELF IN. HE IS FACING CHARGES OF, murder, robbery, possession of an instrument of crime (PIC), tampering with evidence, and abuse of corpse.
On April 8,2024, at about 7:30PM Philadelphia Police said that the male in the above photo got into an altercation with another male, identified as Mang Sang,22, in a parking lot of the 1600 block of South Front Street. This is right at the I-95 overpass. The attack was caught on video.
Police said that this male allegedly stabbed the Sang in the throat, entered the victim’s car and then struck the victim with the car before fleeing the scene in another vehicle. Surveillance cameras in the area captured images of the offender.
There is a $20,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of this male.
