Attempted Robbery Across The Street From Phila Courthouse

Philadelphia Police are looking to move a female one block, into the courthouse, after her attempted robbery of another female across the street from the justice center in center city. This incident happened on June 4, at about 7:30 AM.
The female walked up to another female and pulled the victims hair while demanding money. Nothing was taken, police said.
Suspect Description: White female, with long braided hair, wearing a baseball hat, gray shorts, sandals and carrying a backpack.
