Hundreds Of Cars On Display At Northeast Car Show
by Alex Lloyd Gross
Over 100 cars were displayed on a gorgeous spring Saturday on Red Lion Road. The American Heritage Credit Union put on a car show at their campus on Red Lion Road, near Jamison Ave. Anyone that had a car, or liked cars was there, but the biggest draws were cars made in 1980 and before.

Some were buffed and shined just for this occasion and others were there, and you could see the wear and tear on them. Many car clubs in the area put on car shows and they were on hand distributing flyers of their own, local car shows to be put on in the future.

There was music and food. Some of the food was free to members. Otherwise a hamburger and drink could set you back less than $10.00.
The hours were from about 10:00 AM on but some showed up early to chat with owners of cars of just walk around without many people, That was a great way to get photos without a bunch of people in your shot.

Also on the property was a small craft tent that sold interesting things made my people. Specialized lights, foods and t shirts advertising love for a local sports team. When you go to this event, you walk around and before you know it, three hours of so have passed.
