Crash On Blvd Takes Down Pole Causes Another Crash

by Alex Lloyd Gross

Just before 11:00 AM today, a tractor that was south on the 11000 block of Roosevelt Blvd collided with another southbound car, pushing that car off the road and into a light pole. According to police, there were no injuries. The car knocked down a pole and then veered onto a grass berm near the original accident.

An elderly woman saw this happen and rubber necked her way into another, different accident. She pulled her vehicle into a gas station where both drivers exchanged information. There were no injuries in that crash as well, police said.

No traffic problems resu;ted but the south bound outer lane was closed for about an hour for the investigation. City crews will fix up the light.
