Belmont Charter Plays Lincoln In Northeast Football Match-Up
by Alex Lloyd Gross
Belmont Charter played a football game at Lincoln’s home field during a Friday afternoon game. The first half was just about scoreless, with both teams threatening near the goal line, but not able to complete for a touchdown.
That changed during the second half of the game. This away conference game for Belmont was a disaster for them. They are not doing well this season, winning only one game and losing five.
Lincoln, on the other hand is doing better with a three wins, four loss ratio for this season. The final score of this game was Lincoln 22- Belmont 0.
Belmont Charter plays Northeast next Friday at the Northeast Supersite. That game is at 3:00 PM. Lincoln plays George Washington at Washington . That game starts at 3:00 PM.
