Ambulance Thief Gets 25 Year Prison Sentence In Bucks County

In March of 2022 Cody Dylan Lynn-Phipps was picked up by Bristol Township Police for a probation violation. He was on drugs at the time and he started to overdose. He was  given Narcan  and Penndel Middletown Ambulance was called and transported him to Lower Bucks Hospital. He then removed his restraints and got out the front door. He hopped into the drivers seat of the medic unit and took off.

His joy ride lasted about an hour.  The ambulance was found in Croydon.  Lynn Phipps was arrested around the corner.  You can read that story here

Two days later, Lynn-Phipps was arrested after being found unconscious from an overdose in a car that had been reported stolen from Peruzzi Nissan in Falls Township. He was also found wearing clothing from another Falls Township business that had been burglarized on March 3, 2022. In addition to the shirt, Lynn-Phipps also took $350 from Cooper Electric. In addition to those crimes, Lynn-Phipps was sentenced for assaulting a Bucks County Correctional Facility officer on March 9, 2022, and for biting and spitting on Bristol Township police officers and a Truman High School security guard during an arrest on September 14, 2021.

Today, he was sentenced to 10 1/2 years to 25 years in state prison followed by  19 years of probation.  This, after he plead guilty to a multiple charges.  He must also get intense drug treatment and anger management.  Phipps has no fixed address, court records indicate.
